No Food, Guests, Children, or Pets

Only the client receiving treatment is allowed in the studio. If you have a medical alert service dog, please notify us in advance. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

 

Restrictions

• You must be 18 years or older.
• Treatments are not available for pregnant clients.
• You cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Service may be refused if you show visible signs of illness.

 

Booking Fee

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to book your appointment. This fee is applied toward your final balance.

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your retainer will transfer to the new appointment as a one-time exception. The new appointment must be scheduled within four days of the original date, or the retainer will be forfeited. Retainers will not be held for unspecified future dates.

 

No Refund Policy

Payments made for services, deposits, or products are non-refundable. Permanent makeup results vary based on skin type, aftercare adherence, and other factors beyond our control.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your retainer will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be charged. Failure to follow pre-care instructions will result in a cancellation, with the same fees applied.

 

Late Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and cancellation fees will apply.

 

Additional Sessions

Permanent makeup typically requires multiple sessions. The initial fee includes the first session and the perfecting session. Additional sessions, if required, are charged separately and must be booked independently. Results depend on factors like skin type, age, lifestyle, and adherence to pre/post-care instructions.

Previous Permanent Makeup or Cover-Ups

If you’ve had work done by another artist, email photos for approval before booking at contact@camillatardellipmu.com. Bookings without prior approval will be canceled, and cancellation policies will apply. Approved appointments will be categorized as “Previous Work.”

 

Pre and Post-Care

Strict adherence to pre-care and post-care instructions is required for optimal results. Full details are available on our website: www.camillatardellipmu.com.

During your appointment, I will review aftercare instructions thoroughly and answer any questions. Proper adherence to these instructions is crucial, as failure to follow them can result in poor healing, potentially compromising the results. Healing takes time, so patience is essential to achieve the desired outcome.

 

Appointment Duration

Appointments are scheduled in specific time blocks. Please check your booking confirmation for the estimated duration and plan accordingly. Treatments cannot be interrupted.

 

Appointment Changes

The studio reserves the right to adjust appointment dates or times if necessary. Clients will be notified via email of any changes.

 

In-Person Consultations

In-person consultations are available by appointment and subject to a non-refundable fee. These include personalized eyebrow designs with precise mapping and drawing, allowing you to visualize how your permanent makeup will look. This session is an opportunity to address questions and concerns in detail.

 

Permanent Makeup Touch-Ups and Maintenance Policy

Touch-Up Timing

The perfecting session must be completed between 30-45 days after the initial session.

Scheduling Requirements

The touch-up session must be scheduled on the day of the initial procedure.

Failure to Return Within 45 Days

Clients have a maximum of 60 days after initial session to schedule their touch-up session. If they pass the 60 day mark, they will need to pay a fee of $150 for their touch-up session. Depending on how many days have passed since the first session, it will be considered a whole new procedure and the original price will be charged.
